Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia.
For my Moroccan dishes, I made Chicken Tagine, Carrot Salad with Harissa, Kefta Kebab and Preserved Lemons.

I know I said I would go to restaurants in the Bay Area for all these cuisines, but I can't stop thinking about the Moroccan food that I had in London at Momo. Mark had the Lamb Tagine and I had the Chicken Tagine.
