Veggies | Cauliflower Cheese Steaks

Yield: 2 to 4 servings

Cauliflower Cheese Steak


1 head of cauliflower

olive oil

grated cheddar cheese

chopped scallions





Preheat oven to 375°.

Slice a head of cauliflower into 3/4-inch "steaks".

Roast the steaks on an oiled sheet pan for 15 minutes per side (until fork tender and golden).

Top each steak with grated Cheddar cheese and chopped scallions, plus salt and pepper.

Roast 3 minutes more or until cheese melts.
