Veggies | Chard with Garlic
Posted on April 28, 2016
I got this recipe from a collards recipe in The Forest Feast cookbook. I don't really like collards, so I substituted chard. I like the dish because it's tasty and you only use one pan.
Yield: 2 to 4 servings
Ingredients
1 bunch of chard, stems removed and chiffonade
2 cloves garlic, minced
red pepper flakes, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt, to taste
Method
Heat skillet. Add olive oil. Add chard. Cook until about half done, then added garlic and red pepper flakes. Finish cooking chard. (Total cooking time is about 4 to 5 minutes.) Salt to taste.
