Chinese | Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing

For the Chinese Chicken Salad.

Yield: about a cup


3 tablespoons Lee's Hoisin Sauce

1/3 cup cold-pressed, untoasted sesame oil (or extra virgin olive oil)

1 tablespoon brown rice vinegar

1/4 cup water



Whisk everything together. Keeps well in a jar in the fridge for up to a week.
