Chinese | Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing

For the Chinese Chicken Salad.
Yield: about a cup
Ingredients
3 tablespoons Lee's Hoisin Sauce
1/3 cup cold-pressed, untoasted sesame oil or extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 cup water
Method
Whisk everything together. Keeps well in a jar in the fridge for up to a week.
