Sweets | Chocolate Chia Pudding

A healthy chocolate treat. If you can't find carob powder, increase cacao powder and maple syrup by 1/2 tablespoon each.
Yield: 2 servings (more, if you are like me and just want a few chocolatey bites at a time)
1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
2 tablespoons carob powder (see note above)
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (see note above)
In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until the clumps are gone. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours, until thickened, or overnight.
