Chinese | Crispy Asian Chickpeasvegan

Great addition to vegan meals or a snack.

Yield: 4 servings

crispy Asian chickpeas


15 ounce can of garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 tablespoon sesame oil

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

big pinch of kosher salt



Preheat oven to 400°F. (Breville = Roast, 400°F, Super Convection)

Roll chickpeas around between two paper towels to dry.

In a medium bowl, put all the ingredients. Mix until evenly coated.

Place chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast for 30 to 35 minutes, until crispy. Let cool.
