Veggies | French Radishes

I made Sauteed Radishes with Mint five years ago. I remember reading that it was an adaptation of a common after-school snack in France - radishes with butter. I hadn't thought to try the raw version until I saw this recipe in The Forest Feast. We really liked it and it was easy to make. It's best if you let the butter get to room temperature.

Yield: as much as you want

French radishes



unsalted whipped butter, room temperature

Maldon salt



Wash and cut radishes. Top with butter and salt.
