Mexican | Fresh Tomato Salsa

Quick and easy.
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
2 large tomatoes (about 1 pound), cored and chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup lightly packed cilantro leaves, chopped
juice of 1 lime
kosher salt, to taste
Method
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Let sauce sit for about 5 minutes, then adjust seasonings.
