Cuban | Fried Bananas

You can use either bananas or plantains.
Yield: as many as you want
Ingredients
barely ripe bananas or plantains, sliced thickly on the diagonal
clarified butter or ghee
Method
Heat nonstick skillet, add ghee. When hot, add bananas or plantains. Sauté until golden brown, turning once.
