American | Granola

Granola is expensive to buy, so I wanted to try making it. After a few attempts, I came up with this recipe. You can alter it to your taste.
Yield: a bunch
Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup dried unsweetened coconut (big flakes)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla
salt, to taste
Method
Mix all ingredients together. Bake on a parchment lined sheet at 300° for 45 minutes or until deep golden brown, stirring every so often.
