Cocktails | Lemon Drop Martini

I think we came up with a winning formula! Refreshingly lemony, yet not too sweet. I really like using Meyer lemons.
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces lemon infused vodka
1/4 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
superfine sugar for glass
Method
Chill martini glass in freezer. Run lemon slice around rim of glass, then dip into sugar.
Fill cocktail shaker about 1/3 full with ice. Add vodka, Cointreau, simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake about 30 seconds, strain into glass and serve.
