After a walking tour in Central Park, we stopped at a deli for lunch. I had this. It's simple, but I wanted to remember it.
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients
Rye bread
American cheese
Sliced tomato
Maldon salt
Method
Layer and broil. If you want the bread crispier, toast before broiling.
