Vegan | Rice & Veggie Bowl

You can use any veggies.
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
olive oil
broccoli florets, chopped
carrots, chopped
kale leaves, finely chopped
kosher salt, to taste
brown rice, cooked
sesame seeds
Method
Saute veggies in a pan with olive oil. Season to taste.
Assemble your bowl: rice, veggies, Coconut Aminos Sauce, and sesame seeds.
