Vegan | Roasted Garbanzo Beansvegan

I saw these on a food show, but can't remember which one. They are a good snack! I included a link to a website that has a bunch of seasoning ideas.

Yield: 1 cup

roasted garbanzo beans


1 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans

extra-virgin olive oil

Spanish sweet paprika, to taste

garlic powder, to taste

kosher sea salt, to taste



Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Drain and rinse garbanzo beans. Dry on paper towels. Pat dry with another paper towel, roll around to get skins off. You can leave skins on as well. Place dried garbanzo beans on sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil and mix around to cover beans. Roast in oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until crispy. Season with salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
