Veggies | Vinaigrette Dressing

I love this simple vinaigrette. It takes only a few minutes to make.
Ingredients
1 garlic clove, pounded to a fine purée or use a microplane
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
kosher sea salt, to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Method
Mix together garlic, red wine vinegar, and salt. Whisk in 3 tablespoons olive oil. Taste, add pepper, adjust salt.
