Global Bites Project | German Cuisine

For this adventure, I made Wiener Schnitzel, Warm Potato Salad, Potato Pancakes, and Soft Pretzels.

We went to Oktoberfest in Campbell to taste more German food.
We took a road trip up to Esther's German Bakery in Los Altos and got pretzels, poppy seed cake, and Stollen.
For my restaurant selection we went to Naschmarkt in Campbell. We had Hungarian Beef Goulash and Jäger Schnitzel.
Next stop, Scandinavia.
